The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of tender documents, coordinate bid submissions, and support the company’s business development efforts within the oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tender documentation, including Instructions to Bidders, Contract Forms, General Terms and Conditions, Bid Forms, and other tender documents.
- Manage and maintain a database of qualified vendors for planned tenders.
- Liaise with vendors throughout the tendering process, including handling non-disclosure agreements and confirmations of interest.
- Maintain and archive internal tender documentation and records, including management approvals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, project progress updates, and execution curves.
- Develop and maintain tender status reports and communicate expected timelines.
- Follow up on successful bids through contract award and project commencement.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies and departments to ensure timely closure of Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ hands-on experience in tendering and bidding.
- Strong knowledge of EPC tender operations within the oil and gas industry.
- Experience handling Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Good understanding of commercial proposals and bid packaging.
- Experience preparing pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and commercial tenders.
- Proven experience in tender submissions, contract negotiations, and project costing.
