Role: Waiters
We are seeking dedicated and professional Waiters to join our team at Quilox Nightclub. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining and nightlife experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Assist in restocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
