Job Description
Hobark International Limited is seeking an experienced Welder Foreman with strong expertise in hard-facing, welding and fabrication. The successful candidate will supervise welding and fabrication operations while ensuring compliance with technical, safety and quality requirements.

- Supervise daily welding, hard-facing and fabrication activities.
- Allocate work and coordinate welders and support personnel.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and welding procedures.
- Ensure compliance with API, BSI, ASME and AWS standards.
- Inspect weld quality, dimensions and finished work.
- Enforce strict HSE and quality requirements.
- Manage welding equipment, materials and tools.
- Minimise material waste and maximise productivity.
- Train, mentor and provide technical guidance to welders.
- Prepare progress reports and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- SSCE with at least 2 years of technical experience, or ND/SSCE with 8 years of hard-facing welding experience.
- Welding Certificate is compulsory.
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings, manuals and specifications.
- Experience using welding tools, cutting equipment and fixtures.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely in demanding environments.
Salary
N450,000 – N600,000 per month.
