Job Purpose

The Analyst will support inbound and outbound campaign activities aimed at reducing customer churn, increasing customer spending and improving campaign performance across MTN Nigeria’s network.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track campaign performance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Support inbound and outbound campaign management platforms for campaign execution, deployment and evaluation.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Below The Line (BTL) offers.
• Support the development and execution of BTL campaigns designed to generate incremental revenue and reduce customer churn.
• Assist in writing, editing and proofreading campaign scripts to ensure effective marketing communication and improved campaign uptake.
• Analyse inbound and outbound campaign results and provide recommendations based on campaign performance.
• Support campaign management systems and channels.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are properly deployed, monitored and evaluated.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in campaign execution and customer engagement.

Requirements

• First degree in any relevant discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with others in a medium-sized organisation, particularly in campaign management, customer service, BTL communications or a related function.
• Experience working with databases in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of experimental test design.
• Demonstrable reporting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of customer data analysis.
