Smartflow Technologies Limited is recruiting to fill the position of Graduate Trainee – Warehouse. The role offers an opportunity for qualified graduates to gain practical experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control and tools maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and record shipments and materials from project sites or other warehouse locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock management.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts and document inventory discrepancies.
Ensure all goods entering and leaving the warehouse are properly tracked and authorised.
Update the warehouse inventory system and verify the accuracy of stock records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on stock, consumption, disputes, returns and warehouse activities.
Compile reports on changes in production and inventory.
Conduct branch stock analysis to support decision-making and inter-base stock transfers.
Locate, sort and move goods within the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised warehouse.
Develop and implement a proactive tools maintenance programme.
Prepare and maintain tools maintenance reports.
Ensure tools maintenance operations comply with company policies and applicable occupational health and safety guidelines.
Work with the OHS Coordinator to investigate incidents, near misses and accidents.

Qualifications and Requirements

B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Statistics or Data Analytics.
0–1 year of post-NYSC experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Advantage

Knowledge of occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
