The company is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of IT Officer in Sagamu, Ogun State.

Job Title: IT Officer | Location: Sagamu, Ogun State | Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Oversee the resolution of technical issues, provide guidance on complex problems, and ensure timely responses to user requests.
• System Administration: Manage computer systems, networks, and applications to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
• IT Project Management: Coordinate IT projects, define requirements, establish timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, security protocols, and best practices.
• Budget Management: Manage IT resources, including hardware, software, and personnel, within allocated budgets.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand their IT requirements, communicate technology strategies, and collaborate on projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A university degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• More than three years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Good leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
