Job Summary
The Management Analyst will serve as an analytical and execution-focused professional supporting major corporate and government-related assignments. The role involves conducting research, developing financial models, analysing complex information, and transforming technical findings into practical strategies and executive-level presentations.
The successful candidate will work across multiple sectors, including government advisory, financial advisory, energy, infrastructure, and technology, requiring strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and the capacity to manage several high-priority assignments simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, strategic analysis, and intelligence gathering to support corporate and government mandates.
- Perform financial analysis and develop financial models for business and investment-related assignments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and other executive-level communications.
- Support projects within the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Contribute to technology and GovTech-related initiatives.
- Support client engagements and provide analytical assistance to senior executives.
- Translate policy objectives and technical findings into practical implementation strategies.
- Work across multiple analytical workstreams while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Apply structured problem-solving and consulting frameworks to complex business challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, International Development, or another highly analytical or quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or multi-sector project advisory environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex assignments and competing analytical priorities under tight deadlines.
- Advanced skills in developing dynamic financial models using Excel or specialised analytical platforms.
- Experience with structural framework mapping and modern data visualisation tools.
- Ability to use advanced digital workflow tools and generative AI technologies to improve research and analysis.
- Working knowledge of regulatory, geopolitical, and commercial issues across at least two of the following areas: Energy/Infrastructure, GovTech, Public Governance, and Development Finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Professional executive presence and confidence when working with senior executives, corporate boards, and government stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and execution discipline.
