Job Responsibilities
- Generate and execute new estate brokerage, property management and valuation briefs and business for the Abuja branch.
- Manage and run the full operations of the assigned branch with a focus on profitability.
- Oversee the Capital Markets, including estate brokerage and agency activities.
- Oversee the Property and Facility Management portfolio within the branch.
- Manage the branch’s valuation portfolio.
- Manage existing client relationships and develop strategies to increase the branch’s client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, staff, vendors and contractors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Abuja real estate market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management with a minimum of Second Class.
- 12–15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, valuation and property/facility management.
- Must be an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
- Must be a member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
- Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is an advantage.

- Ability to develop good working relationships with clients, staff, vendors and contractors.
