About Artee Group
Founded in 1988, Artee Industries Limited is one of Nigeria’s leading conglomerates, with business interests spanning retail, commercial and residential real estate, manufacturing, and imports and distribution. Today, the company employs over 2,000 people while continuing to uphold the values established when the business began. The story of SPAR cannot be told without mentioning Artee Group. The company’s journey began with the opening of a small 120-square-metre supermarket in Lagos under the Park ’n’ Shop banner. Over the years, Artee Industries Limited has grown from humble beginnings into a diversified business group with operations across retail, real estate, shopping malls, and manufacturing.
