The Group began with Atican Hospitality Investment Company before expanding into real estate and construction through Riveton Developments Ltd. In 2025, both companies merged to form Atican & Riveton Group Ltd, now known as A&R Group. Today, the Group continues to build thriving communities, create sustainable investments, and provide quality services across its various business sectors, driven by innovation, excellence, and a vision of building a better Nigeria.
